Who controls your information
ZUPII is operated as a service of AIA Media Oy. AIA Media Oy is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at zupiilogistics@gmail.com.
What information we collect
We collect the information you enter in the partner application form: store name, contact name, email address, phone number, city, store address, a description of what your store sells, and an optional website or social link. We also store a one-way hashed technical fingerprint of the submission (derived from your email address and network address) that is used only to limit automated spam.
Why we process it
We use this information to review your store partnership application, to contact you about it, and to prepare a possible partnership. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who can access it
Applications are visible to the ZUPII and AIA Media Oy team members who handle partnerships. Our technical service providers — the hosting, database and email delivery providers that run this website — process the data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We do not share applications with anyone else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep applications only as long as needed to evaluate and manage the partnership, and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing zupiilogistics@gmail.com.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
How to make a request
Email zupiilogistics@gmail.com with your request and the email address you used in the form. We respond to requests without undue delay.
